The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll become part of a dynamic, collaborative team of 15 specialists, delivering exciting projects across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage, with values ranging from £1m to £500m.

Your Role Will See You:

Lead and manage large-scale, high-value projects from inception to completion. Build and nurture direct relationships with high-profile clients. Mentor and inspire junior team members. Chair Design Team Meetings, solve cost control issues, and deliver accurate cost estimates and contract documents. Take full ownership of projects, with the autonomy to drive them forward and deliver exceptional results. This role offers the perfect platform to develop into a trusted leader within a company renowned for its industry expertise, client-focused approach, and supportive environment.

The Ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor Will Have:

Proven experience in cost management from feasibility to post-contract stages. Multi-sector experience in consultancy or construction. MRICS ideally or currently working towards. Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy. A successful track record working on, and leading, projects from inception to completion.
