This leading main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large residential scheme in South West London on a 12-month temp contract.
Our client is working on a 100,000 sqft new build office scheme and they need a capable Senior Surveyor, assisting the project with a team of surveyors currently working on the project reporting into a Managing Surveyor.
For this role, you will have been involved with a number of projects within the commercial sector, for either specialist fit-out companies or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
