Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils)
Salary: to £85k + exceptional bonus + package
Based: Glasgow / Hybrid (G69)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established and growing civils contractor!
A highly regarded civils contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to focus on their Scottish based projects. The group delivers around £165m turnover, with the Scottish region about to deliver around £70m but with the view of growing that. Their work involves civils, structures, and infrastructure electrical and focused mainly within the renewable and energy sectors.
The suitable candidate will report into the Head of Commercial and run a large portfolio of work. The focus will be to develop the role into a Managing Quantity Surveyor where you will lead the region alongside managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.

Strong NEC experience
Be able to run a portfolio of projects, with each being up to £15m in value
Be able to lead and mentor others
Commercially astute with the ability to spot commercial opportunity
Degree qualified
