Position Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key player in our client's mission to deliver outstanding projects on time and within budget. Your wealth of experience and expertise will be essential in providing leadership and guidance to the project teams while ensuring meticulous cost control and contract management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors and junior staff, providing guidance and support in all aspects of quantity surveying.

Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.

Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for multiple projects simultaneously.

Oversee contract administration, including negotiation, change management, and claims resolution.

Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to cost and contract variations.

Conduct in-depth cost analysis, monitoring project financial performance and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.

Review and approve subcontractor agreements, payments, and variations.

Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and contract selection.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and project transparency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction and civil engineering sector.

Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, or similar) is highly desirable.

Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.

Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
