Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title : Senior Quantity Surveyor Location : Esher, Surrey Salary : 50,000 to 70,000 + package An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing construction consultancy at their offices near to Esher in Surrey. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in the business's future, supporting their existing leadership team with the growth of the business whilst also mentoring junior surveyors within the team and delivering a number of services to their growing client base within the residential sector. Working closely with my client's leadership team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for: Preparing budget estimates and cost plans Producing Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Works Reviewing contractor tender returns Undertaking contract administration duties and valuations Final account negotiations Providing support and guidance to junior members of the team Providing support to the leadership team as required In return, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor can expect a rewarding opportunity that includes continued professional development, exposure to a strong pipeline of projects with a variety of clients, and the support of a business that believes its people are at the heart of its success.
