A successful name in the NZ Design and Build Construction market with nationwide coverage has secured prominent wins for some larger clients. Standards are high, their culture is positive, inclusive, and focuses on skill development with a high training budget. They have several projects in schools, high rise, aged care, and multi-residential sectors requiring a switched-on senior quantity surveyor to come on board and join the team. As a quantity surveyor, you will be supported by a senior in developing your experience. Typically, you will be managing subcontractors, processing variations, and handling final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. This role would suit an applicant with at least 8+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease. Benefits
