The Role: As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the commercial lead on a landmark £10m hotel project. While the role is predominantly office-based, you will undertake occasional site visits to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports. Evaluate and negotiate contracts, procurement, and sub-contractor agreements. Oversee cost control, financial reporting, and risk management for the project. Ensure project delivery aligns with company standards, client requirements, and profitability goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

About You: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector. Strong background in managing projects. Understanding of JCT Design and Build contract. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with an eye for detail. Strong IT proficiency, including cost management tools.
