Senior Consultant
to join their Corporate Advisory Team. The workload is varied, and you will interact with multiple stakeholders throughout the process.
Our client works with various Funders within the construction industry and offers commercial and contractual experience to support the Funder in assessing risk, both that associated with its clients in terms of the company systems and processes and also that associated with the contracts undertaken by that client.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate: Degree/MRICS, and ideally MCIArb or similar qualifications and/or experience Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent report writing skills, conveying key information concisely and professionally Competence in extracting and assimilating key data from client information Working knowledge of the standard forms of contract subcontract, including JCT and NEC 3 and 4 forms Solid commercial experience including applications for payment/payment certificates, contract administration, and CVR reporting Good data analysis skills If you're interested in this excellent opportunity, then please apply with your CV.
