An established civil engineering consultancy is looking for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Operating across a range of sectors - including rail, highways, utilities and power - they are involved with some of the biggest infrastructure projects across London and the South East. They are trusted by many Tier One main contractors to provide commercial and contractual support throughout the lifespan of a project. Flexible working arrangements, with travel to the Maidstone office required once a week. Competitive salary and package, which includes a car allowance.

Coordinating internal cost, design, and supply chain data. Delivering key elements of larger QS assignments. Supporting the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues. Taking client briefs and delivering outputs to expectations. Ensuring both pre and post contract knowledge is applied effectively. Person Specification:
Main Contracting/Consultancy experience. Experience in the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor (but will consider promotion for exceptional and experienced Quantity Surveyors). Extensive experience working in civil engineering. Comfortable working on NEC Contracts. Willing to commute to Maidstone office at least once a week.
