Calibre Search are urgently looking to speak with project to senior level Quantity Surveyors who would be interested in joining a very progressive and ambitious consultancy based in Warrington.
You will be joining a small but growing QS team as they now look to implement the next team development stages and look to recruit heavily in the coming years. The whole multi-disciplined practice is 40 strong so far and you will be integral to this relatively new but growing QS team.
They have some major works happening which you would be responsible for delivering, offering employer agent and project management services when needed. Such work includes, but is not limited to, a whole range of hotels, schools, residential units, and large-scale industrial sheds across the UK.
Duties/Requirements
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team. The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels and general BD knowledge. Ability and desire to manage and mentor (when applicable) junior staff members. Professional presentation, attention to detail, and flexibility within all work matters. Offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc. Project Management/Employer Agent Services/on-site travel & inspections. MRICS Qualified (not essential) but ideally working/wanting to gain Chartership.
