This company hires both permanent staff and contractors, but the preference for this role is to hire someone on a permanent basis due to the training and development opportunities on offer. They work with some of the best and well-known pharmaceutical giants on major projects worth millions of pounds. Key Requirements: You will have a background in Construction/Structural projects. Knowledgeable of JCT & NEC contracts. A QS background from a design and build environment is preferred. Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is ideal but not entirely necessary. Character and attitude will be an equal factor. Good rewards are on offer for the chosen person.
