QS / Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Groundworks
Opportunity to join one of the largest Residential Groundworks contractors in the Midlands as part of their East Midlands team, working alongside a team of other Quantity Surveyors to perform surveying tasks on Residential Groundworks for tier 1 house builders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting with tenders and work winning.
CVR.
Cost Management.
Procurement.
Settling invoices.
Settling final accounts.
Financial forecasting.
Experience:
Experience working for previous groundworks contractors is essential. Experience working within residential groundworks is preferred.
