Senior Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - Outside IR35 - £375-£425pd
Kennet are recruiting a Senior QS for a specialist Rail & Civil-Engineering contractor.
This is a freelance role with work available until early 2026, outside IR35.
You would be managing a £20m design and build project in North London, overseeing Civils, M&E, Piling, and P-way packages.
The contract is NEC Option C (Target Cost).
The role is site-based in Cockfosters, 5 days a week.
