An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing construction consultancy at their offices near Esher in Surrey. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in the business's future, supporting the existing leadership team with the growth of the business while also mentoring junior surveyors within the team and delivering services to their growing client base within the residential sector.
Responsibilities:
Preparing budget estimates and cost plans Producing Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Works Reviewing contractor tender returns Undertaking contract administration duties and valuations Final account negotiations Providing support and guidance to junior members of the team Providing support to the leadership team as required
