£50,000 to £70,000 + package An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing construction consultancy at their offices near to Esher in Surrey. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in the business's future, supporting their existing leadership team with the growth of the business whilst also mentoring junior surveyors within the team and delivering a number of services to their growing client base within the residential sector. Responsibilities: Preparing budget estimates and cost plans Producing Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Works Reviewing contractor tender returns Undertake contract administration duties and valuations Final account negotiations Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team Provide support to the leadership team as required In return, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor can expect: Starting salary of £50,000 to £70,000 Access to a company car or paid mileage 26-27 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension Healthcare Good bonus Paid professional fees Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years post-graduate experience within a consultancy environment Keen to achieve, or already have achieved MRICS or MCIOB status Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Project Management and managing client relationships Excellent communication skills If you're ready to take the next step in your career and keen to join a busy and growing consultancy in SW London, we'd love to hear from you.
