Senior Quantity Surveyor (Surrey) £50,000 - £60,000 plus bonus, private health care and pension, career development Client, Job Role, and Expectations My client is a forward-thinking construction consultancy, delivering excellence across the super prime and prime residential sectors, as well as in healthcare and commercial developments. As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business, with the potential to advance into a leadership or director-level role. Role Responsibilities Prepare budget estimates and elemental cost plans Produce Schedule of Works and Bill of Quantities Review contractors' tender returns and provide detailed cost estimates Manage contract administration, valuations, and final account process Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to team leadership Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery Experience They are looking for a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor who shares their passion for excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will have: Ideally 5+ years experience (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, with significant expertise in the residential sector A record of successfully delivering projects, preferably in the super prime or prime residential sectors MRICS or MCIOB chartered status (or actively working towards this qualification) Strong problem-solving, project management, and client relationship skills The ability to work collaboratively within a team and mentor junior colleagues Ambition and the drive to take on leadership responsibilities in the future Package / Remuneration: The remuneration package offered at this stage is subject to the experience of the candidate, but will likely include the following: Basic Salary: Between £50,000 - £60,000 Additional: Bonus scheme & quarterly bonus, Health, Pension, laptop, Gym, work from home, mobile phone
