A leading and growing CAT A & B Contractor is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Stockport.
The Role of the Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a leading cost consultancy, which has a strong pipeline of work. You will join a young, ambitious, and hard-working team of 70 Quantity Surveyors in London.
The company primarily focuses on Commercial projects, mainly working on CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, including cut and carve projects. QSs will also support all sectors they cover, including Education, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, Mixed-use, Offices, Public Buildings, Residential, and Science.
You will assist with a range of projects and, when ready, will start running projects from inception to completion with the support of an MRICS qualified Partner.
The company offers excellent APC support with an internal APC team to assist, plan your training program, and monitor your progress.
Minimum Requirements:
BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree Preferably MRICS Experience within the built environment Experience within a private practice/consultancy Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
