Senior Quantity Surveyor - Glasgow
One of Scotland's leading M&E Contractors is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support their growth and expansion plans. The contractor has gone through an unprecedented period of growth and is currently working as a subcontractor with some of the largest Tier One contractors in the UK on some of the highest profile projects in Scotland. Projects include student accommodation, hotels, schools, offices, and leisure complexes with M&E packages ranging from £5m to £11m. You would be responsible for 3 to 4 sites at a time with a total value of circa £25m. You would also have a Quantity Surveyor who would report directly to you, and in turn, you would report directly to the Commercial Director. Ideally, you will be working for an M&E contractor in a similar role or as a Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up. Surveyors working with a main contractor who have worked on projects overseeing M&E packages would also be an excellent match. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with an outstanding reputation in the marketplace and to be involved with some of the largest projects in Scotland. On offer is a salary up to £60k per annum plus car allowance, 34 days holiday a year including stats, competitive pension scheme, and EV scheme.
