As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Last Mile working under the Energetics brand.You will oversee the commercial process and performance for assigned regions while assisting in commercial activities of the business, providing support and advice to colleagues throughout.
We are open to a range of experience, whether you are developing within a Quantity Surveyor post, looking to make that next step or are well established we would be open to all applications.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Month End P&L (CVR) Reviews Analysis of all jobs trading more than 1k from margin expectations
Identification of all adjustments required
Contract Performance Management Commercial Awareness and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Subcontractor Onboarding and Lifecycle Management (including negotiating rate changes for framework contractors, full tender process and reviews) Experience / Knowledge: High experience using Microsoft packages is essential for this position.
