They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role involves working on a diverse portfolio of projects, primarily new builds (75%) with some refurbishment schemes (25%), across Merseyside and the wider North West, with project values reaching up to £10 million.
As the Senior QS, your role will involve:
Cost control and value management strategies. Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements. Oversee the commercial aspects of the project. Manage cash flow. Manage subcontractor payments. Provide guidance on contractual issues. Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
