Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will take a leading role in delivering high-profile projects across sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality. Based in Kingston upon Thames, you will work with a dynamic multidisciplinary team of 20 and have the chance to manage and front key projects, taking on a visible leadership role within the office. Current project highlights include: A £40m NEC new build Healthcare scheme. A £15m JCT Design & Build Healthcare project. A 450-unit Residential development (affordable homes). University schemes ranging from £2m-£5m. Education, local authority, and energy-related projects. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape new streams of work, support junior colleagues, and contribute to the consultancy’s ongoing growth and innovation. Senior Quantity Surveyor , you should have: A

RICS-accredited degree

(BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred). MRICS accreditation

(or substantial progress toward achieving it). Significant experience within a

UK Construction Consultancy . Strong pre- and post-contract cost management expertise. A proven track record in managing projects independently. Experience in Healthcare, Residential, and/or Education sectors is highly desirable. A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute to Kingston upon Thames.
