Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor
A Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m.
The initial project is a major accommodation development for the MoD which will consist of multiple blocks of living quarters and associated works (£65m).

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry-related qualification
Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during the pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs
Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000
- Company car or allowance (£6,000)
- Performance-related bonus
- Pension & Healthcare
To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
