Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Managing Costs:
Providing expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Interacting with Clients:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both public and private sector clients. Mentoring:
Guiding and mentoring junior members of the team. Collaborating:
Working closely with your colleagues across our Liverpool and Manchester offices. About You: * Proven Expertise: Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of managing projects. * Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various sectors within Real Estate. * Leadership Skills: A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead projects and guide teams. * Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with membership in a relevant professional body (RICS or equivalent).
