Our client are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their existing teams now! They genuinely pride themselves on being an SME and allowing you to develop your career quickly. They ideally are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors looking to make the move to associate in the next couple of years, and excited about an opportunity to help mentor more junior members of staff!
Who are they:
Our client is an established independently owned consultancy with offices across the UK. They cover most industries including; leisure, heritage, education, residential, commercial and mixed-use. These projects can range anything from thousands to hundreds of millions. They provide themselves on being an SME and they want quality over quantity to join their existing teams, and join them through their period of growth.
What they can offer you:
They pride themselves on their inclusivity and diversity and because of this have a high staff retention. Which is also reiterated through many of the current partners, starting as assistants and have worked their way up. Therefore, if career progression is something that is important for you, then this is genuinely doable here. * Residential, Commercial, Hotels, PBSA experience - but likely to work on other projects so multi sector experience is a positive
* Large scale project experience- up to £10 million
* MRICS chartership is a big benefit
* Previous consultancy experience
* Experience mentoring/ managing a team and/or training less experienced members of staff
* Comfortable in a client-facing role
* A can do attitude and motivation to help the company grow
* University degree- or equivalent qualifications
* Eligible to work in the UK
In return our client is offering a basic salary of up to £70,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, which includes, pension, bonus, and 25 days of annual leave.
