Quantity Surveyor

to join their growing team based in London. With hybrid working options, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering cost management services across a diverse range of projects, from small refurbishments to multi-million-pound developments. Key Responsibilities: Manage cost management assignments from inception to completion, under the supervision of senior team members. Assist in the development and enhancement of QS services and products. Deliver high-quality work outputs within agreed timescales. Take ownership of key elements of larger QS assignments, with guidance from senior colleagues. Mentor and support Trainees and Graduates in their professional development. Coordinate and manage internal cost, design, and supply chain data. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and designers. Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project success. Work collaboratively within the team to contribute to the company’s overall growth and success. Skills & Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, particularly within the Residential, Student Accommodation, Offices, and Hotels sectors (essential). Experience in Data Centres, Industrial & Distribution projects is beneficial. Strong experience in both pre- and post-contract stages of projects. Full project lifecycle experience, including new build and refurbishment projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software, such as CostX. Willingness to travel to sites as required. BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, eligible for RICS membership. Chartered status with RICS is advantageous but not essential.
