£55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Work Arrangement:

3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Benefits: 26 days holiday plus 3 additional days at Christmas. Join a growing team, currently 15 members and expanding.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced

Senior Quantity Surveyor , ideally RICS, to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in residential projects, with experience in art and culture sectors being a significant bonus. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and ensuring the financial success of a diverse range of projects. Our work spans Residential, Commercial, Education, and Heritage builds, with projects primarily based in the UK, predominantly in London.

Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts. Perform cost analysis, risk management, and value engineering. Manage procurement processes and tender documentation. Administer contracts, including preparation, negotiation, and management of variations. Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders. Advise on contractual matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters. Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. RICS registration is essential. Proven experience in residential construction projects; experience in art and culture projects is a major advantage. Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
