Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join their growing team in Central London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small team of 15 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers and will be involved in a variety of projects across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Leisure & Hotels, Education, and International.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
In this role, you will be managing multiple projects while supporting junior staff members, particularly with their APC development. You will immediately be involved in significant Residential and Commercial projects such as the refurbishment of a Luxury home in Kensington and a CAT A Office extension and refurbishment.
Responsibilities:
Managing project costs and budgets Preparing and reviewing tender documentation Conducting cost reports and evaluations Delivering pre and post contract advice Mentoring junior staff
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree MRICS or working towards it Experience within a private practice or consultancy Strong pre and post contract knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly Word and Excel
