Senior Quantity Surveyor Construction Consultancy Up to £80,000 p/a (DOE) Central London About the company A medium sized and well respected Quantity Surveying and Project Management Construction consultancy, situated near Goodge Street Station, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This well established Construction Consultancy is looking to capitalise on their long term public and private client list and strengthen their capabilities around new business. About the role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will gain experience in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly: Preparing tender and contract documents Cost estimates Feasibility studies Procurement Progress reports Employers agent services Act as the conduit between all interested parties You will be working in public and private sectors. About the requirements The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor needs to have a strong understanding of the role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Consultancy environment. A RICS accredited degree would be preferable. A desire to become chartered through RICS or already chartered is essential. Exceptional client facing skills are essential as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
