Responsibilities:
Overseeing the commercial management of a £100m portfolio of design packages on HS2. Managing the procurement and performance of design subcontracts. Leading on all aspects of NEC3 contract management (Options F, C and A). Ensuring compliance with contract terms and mitigating any potential risks to project delivery.
Requirements: We're looking for a Commercial Manager that has a proven track record within a large-scale construction environment, specifically in rail, infrastructure or civil engineering projects. You will have strong experience procuring and managing design subcontracts with a commercial mindset.
