We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run the surveying element of an 11m high-end fit-out of a one-off property in St John's Wood.
Responsibilities:
Manage the surveying element of the project under JCT standard contract with design portions. Oversee a 12-month programme for the project. Work full-time on site, ensuring meticulous financial management. Provide a stable track record, seeing jobs from start to finish.
Qualifications: High experience in high-end fit-out, preferably in super-prime residential. Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
