An award-winning and entrepreneurial Cost Consultancy is seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Project Surveyor to join their thriving London office.

The Role: Senior Project Surveyor As a Senior Project Surveyor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services and managing exciting projects across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Workplace/Office, Health & Life Sciences, and Education. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading diverse projects from inception to completion, typically valued up to £20m. Collaborating on larger, complex schemes with Directors and gaining exposure to high-profile clients. Delivering expert pre- and post-contract services. Mentoring junior team members, driving their growth and development. Innovating and improving project delivery to ensure outstanding client satisfaction. This role offers hybrid working, allowing you to balance your time between the office, home, and site visits.

The Ideal Senior Project Surveyor The ideal candidate will have: MRICS or be actively working towards it. A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Proven experience delivering construction projects, with strong pre- and post-contract expertise. Sector experience in health, commercial, or education (preferred but not essential). A collaborative, team-focused approach with leadership qualities. Previous experience working in a UK cost consultancy or PQS environment. This role is perfect for a Senior Project Surveyor who feels ready to take on more responsibility, make an impact, and grow with a forward-thinking consultancy.
