The Company A specialist principle contractor who operate in the commercial office fit out and refurbishment space. Having over 30 years of experience behind them, this contractor has built up a reputation as one of the 'go-to' names in the industry for those tricky, Central London refurbishment projects. The Role Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on site (5 days a week) on a circa £50-60m commercial office refurbishment project in Central London. PCSA period will run for the majority of H1 2025, with site possession around June/Jul 2025 whilst waiting for the existing tenant to leave. You will be managing a commercial team based on site with consisting of Projects Surveyors and Assistants, whilst reporting upstream to a Divisional Commercial Manager/Director. Requirements 2-stage Tender Experience Previous experience as lead Surveyor on projects north of £30m (ideally Central London commercial office) Willingness to be based on site 5 days a week Previous experience working for a Main/Principle Contractor The Salary Up to circa £95,000 + Travel Expenses + Bonus Scheme
