About the Role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading all commercial aspects of the project and ensuring compliance with the contractual requirements. Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for budgets. Procurement of Sub-Contractors and preparation of Sub-Contractor order documentation. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues and identification and management of commercial risks. Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing effective working relationships. Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
The ideal candidate will have: Degree Qualified Construction Experience Good knowledge of construction contracts, particularly the JCT & NEC Forms of Contract High levels of organisational skills Excellent numerical, IT, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel frequently to site, as and when required What is on Offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
