As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading all commercial aspects of the project and ensuring compliance with the contractual requirements. Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for budgets. Procurement of Sub-Contractors and preparation of Sub-Contractor order documentation. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues and identification and management of commercial risks. Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing effective working relationships.
