£80,000 - £90,000 & package We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a long-standing business, reinforcing their current Commercial team. The successful candidate will lead their own projects and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the construction marketplace, having previously worked as a Group Managing Director for a well-established £400+ million turnover business. This role involves managing multiple projects across the industrial, commercial, education, and mixed-use sectors, primarily focusing on 2-stage Design & Build projects valued between £10 million to £35 million. You will have the opportunity to build the future of this company alongside the Group Managing Director, with potential progression to a Directorship level position.
