Your Next Job - What You'll Be Doing We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E biased) to join a forward-thinking team that delivers cutting-edge power solutions. In this role, you will manage the contractual and financial aspects of complex construction projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and feasibility studies. Develop tender documents and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor progress on-site and ensure adherence to budgets, specifications, and timelines. Administer contracts, manage variations, and maintain detailed financial records. Conduct site visits, valuations, and monthly reporting to key stakeholders. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards are met.

Requirements & Rewards - What You Bring & What You'll Get Back What We're Looking For: A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role. Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is highly desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
