Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5 (Flexible + Hybrid working) Job Overview:
I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding construction consultancy, specialising within the fit-out sector, based in the Milton Keynes area. Responsibilities: Running accounts/projects Liaising with clients & subcontractors Compiling cost reports Conducting face-to-face meetings throughout projects Ensuring project completion on time and within budget Benefits:
The starting basic salary for the Senior Quantity Surveyor is £60-65k and benefits include 27 days holiday + bank holidays, 6% company pension contribution, work phone and laptop, hybrid working 2-3 days per week, vitality healthcare, 40p per mile travel allowance and an excellent opportunity to progress within the company. Minimum Requirements:
You must have worked on JCT Design and Build previously as this will be integral to your day-to-day work. Previous consultancy experience is desirable and prior fit-out experience within the retail sector is a must.
