We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 3-5 years PQE in Quantity Surveying and a Chartered status. This role involves managing a variety of projects, from educational refurbishments and residential developments to complex office renovations, with project GDVs ranging from £300k to £5 million. The ideal candidate will work closely with Wiltshire's local authorities and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships, with over 60% of our business generated through repeat clients and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quantity surveying across multiple project types, including public and private education, healthcare, and residential developments.
Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and providing clear, outward-facing communication.
Deliver projects that enhance the experiences of their end-users, aligning with our client-focused approach.
Ensure project financials are managed efficiently from initial cost planning through to final account settlement.
