Position Overview
The Commercial Director for the Newcastle office is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to: Manage subcontract procurement for new housing developments. Work as part of the Commercial team. Value engineer and protect the commercial viability of projects. Qualifications
It is preferred that you have: Experience working for a housing developer or a proven background with a Build Construction company. A strong knowledge of construction. The ability to manage 3 projects while reporting to a Commercial Manager. Compensation
