Responsibilities Liaise with Pre-con, and Construction teams to build-up and review Tenders. Evaluate and act upon tender information and develop an appropriate bid/procurement strategy with other members of the team. Obtaining quotes and Procurement of materials, suppliers & sub-contractors Prepare BQs and Take-offs Prepare and deliver CVR’s to Senior Management. Project Cost Control Manage Project specific financials, from reviewing contracts to Final account stage. Knowledge and experience working with NEC & JCT contracts Deal with contractual and legal matters that arise on the projects. Liaise with clients on a regular basis to secure future projects. Qualifications Experience 10+years as a QS, with knowledge of Reinforced concrete Frames and Structures.
