Identifying and acquiring new clients and business opportunities, driving growth and profitability. Develop relationships to ensure effective communication is achieved and maintained. Responsible for building relationships with clients through regular telephone conversations and site meetings. Assist the commercial team to produce accurate take-offs and submit tenders in line with business strategy. Some involvement in materials supply packages. Be involved in setting site budgets which will include breaking down subcontractor prices sheets and setting other budgets. Oversee Subcontractor Payment Process alongside Accounts function ensuring all invoices are processed weekly and paid fortnightly. Attendance to a monthly debtors meeting. Prepare regular reports including KPI data for the board illustrating the financial situation of various projects in relation to budgets. Prepare RAMS documentation and deal with customer care issues. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you must have/be:
