If you are a QS who is passionate and wants to join the team and work for a successful company in a niche position in the local market place, this could be the role for you! Key Role Objectives
Management of Subcontractors - review and analyse prices, place orders and manage sub-contractors through to certification of payment and package completion. Attend contract meetings and report as required. Interim valuations and variations. Pre-tender surveys. Assist with pricing tenders, pricing sub-contractors, specialists, utilities and materials etc. Project Procurement. What you will need:
A formal qualification and experience of commercial management. Experience as a commercial manager/Quantity Surveyor. You will like being part of a busy office environment and dealing with a multitude of different challenges. Relevant experience within the industry. The salary will ultimately be based on the perfect candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to our team.
