Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 + package

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining to work on a large scale project based in Nottingham with future projects coming up in Derby and Leicester.
This is an exciting time to join with plenty of opportunities to develop and grow with the business having already secured turnover for 2024 / 2025.
About the Senior Quantity Surveyor role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take control of the management, direction, and successful completion of projects. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximise margin whilst achieving the required standards and quality and ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
This role would suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for that next step, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge. You will gain exposure to a number of exciting projects across a variety of sectors.
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor role: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor 5 years' experience within a Quantity Surveyor role Main Contractor or Developer background Degree qualified UK Driving License
