Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company You will work for a leading construction consultancy based in Nottingham. They operate across the UK and have over 5 offices, with a view to continue to expand. They work across PM, Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying. Your new role You will work as a Quantity Surveyor based in their Nottingham office, working on multimillion projects across healthcare, residential, commercial and higher education. You will lead on your own projects, as well as supporting the Directors. You will work with contract administration, bids and tenders as well as managing contractors and sub-contractors. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in quantity surveying, ideally for a client side or consultancy. You will have experience in both pre and post contract work, and be able to work on large multi million pound projects. You will be keen to work for a leading multi disciplinary organisation, and grow with the business.
