Senior Quantity Surveyor

In this role, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities
Commercial Management & Administration Review and manage data for cost and financial management. Review complex contract programmes. Monitor subcontract activities, measure performance, prepare interim monthly payments and prepare monthly reports. Provide commercial progress updates and financial reconciliations. Customer & Change Management Analyse rates and prices, agree on variations and compensation events. Manage the commercial aspects with customers and stakeholders within your area of responsibility. Procurement Prepare procurement programmes and assist in developing procurement strategies. Analyse tender documents, and critically appraise, estimate, and negotiate with third parties. Minimum Requirements
Pre-existing Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Experience in leading and mentoring a team of commercial staff. In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and cost control in the construction industry. Must live within a commutable distance to the NZT site. Chartered status (MRICS or similar) or actively working towards. Previous involvement in a high-profile project.
