Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join our client’s team in the West Midlands, taking a leading role in delivering a major framework. The Opportunity:

Lead the delivery of a 3-year retrofit framework, with significant potential for further growth. Report directly to the Commercial Manager (based in the North West) while working closely with a supportive Operations Manager and team in the West Midlands. Play a key role in shaping the framework's success and managing your own team as the project evolves. Our client has secured £15m worth of work in the West Midlands, which includes improving 1,500 properties through a mix of fabric upgrades and renewable energy measures. This is your chance to be part of a project making a real difference in the region. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee cost control processes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budgets are met. Lead contract negotiations and administration, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate financial risks. Provide expert advice on cost estimation and financial planning to key stakeholders. Monitor project progress and provide financial performance reports to senior management. About You:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the social housing sector. A strong understanding of frameworks, contracts, and cost control processes. Ambitious and equipped with leadership skills, eager to take on greater responsibility. Collaborative and proactive, capable of working effectively with local and regional teams.
