Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as Student Accommodation and Care-to-Residential conversions, with project values reaching up to £50 million. The Role:

They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of a £20m Student Accommodation project in Oxford. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful financial delivery of the project, from inception through to final account, while maintaining the high standards and reputation our company is known for. Responsibilities:

Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project. Manage the preparation and evaluation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms. Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for cost savings. Work closely with the project team to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Lead the preparation and submission of monthly valuations and final accounts. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Mentor and support junior staff as required. About You:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably but not essential with student accommodation or similar large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management principles. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence at all levels. Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality. Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with RICS membership (preferred). Salary & Benefits:
