Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: c£75k basic plus competitive package
Company & Project: An award winning Tier 1 Main Contractor operating across Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a c£25m project.
The business has a strong pipeline of New Build projects and track record of delivering flagship projects in the local area.
The company have won numerous awards and have achieved long standing success for their work, with many members of staff and the senior management team having worked for the business for decades.
Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for all commercial functions on the project, from procurement of subcontractors, measurement & valuations, through to processing monthly applications for payment, handling claims and variations.
Desirable Experience:
Minimum 10 years+ experience as a QS. Excellent commercial management skills. Experience leading managing packages or projects c£10m+ in value. Previous Roles: Quantity Surveyor OR Project QS OR Senior Quantity Surveyor OR Package Surveyor OR Commercial Manager OR Cost Manager.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or a comparable qualification.
