We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Sherford site in Plymouth. As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to new build residential developments. Your focus is to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, whilst still achieving the required quality standards.

Manage all costs associated with new build residential developments. Minimise project costs while maximizing value for money. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in quantity surveying within the residential sector. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field.
