Responsibilities:
Identify any main contract derogations and notify the Commercial Lead Provide accurate and timely updates on package summary sheets Produce cash and turnover forecasts per package Take overall responsibility for external, internal, and package risk and opportunity schedules To support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise Assist the procurement team in producing package procurement documents as required, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks Implement policies for risk management Prepare Subcontract Final Accounts for review and sign-off Preparation and presentation of monthly Cost Reports Value works executed by Sub-Contractors Certify interim and final payments Skills:
