Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fit-out) | Portadown
Vickerstock are working alongside a leading Bespoke Joinery and Fit-out sub-contractor to support in the recruitment of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will work in line with the existing team to deliver specialist joinery and luxury fit-out projects across Northern Ireland and the UK. This newly created role is a direct result of continued growth in the last few years on various high-end projects.
Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor
In your new role, you will be supporting the commercial team in analysing tender submissions, risk and cost management from tender stage through to completion. Provide contractual advice to both client and company and ensure efficient, profitable project delivery.
What you will need to succeed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
4+ years' experience in a similar role, Degree Qualified
Strong commercial background
Proven ability to work within a busy team and work to strict deadlines
Proficient IT skills
Willing to undertake travel as and when required to the UK
